Fresh Pistachio Baklava shipped with express delivery and prepared in my boutique confectionery in Anatolia. Each order is made fresh after purchase. I personally oversee and initiate the production process to ensure every piece meets my quality standards — delivering a delicate, flavourful dessert made without preservatives. I use only premium Antep pistachios, known for their vibrant colour and rich taste. Ultra-thin phyllo sheets are layered one by one with generous pistachio filling, then baked slowly until perfectly golden. A carefully balanced syrup is added to bring out the full flavour while preserving the natural richness of the pistachios. The result is a beautifully crisp top, tender inner layers, and a rich, authentic pistachio taste in every bite.
