Return & Refund Policy

At Turkish Baklava Queen, we care deeply about the freshness and quality of our handmade baklava. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept physical returns.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will send a free replacement product at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We do not require the return of the original product.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a replacement, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. Opened, consumed, or late requests beyond 7 days cannot be accepted.

Refund Processing

In cases where a replacement is not possible, approved refunds are processed within 2 business days for bank transfers and 3 business days for credit card payments. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
