Our baklava is produced in one of the region’s largest and most modern baklava production facilities in Türkiye, combining traditional Turkish baklava craftsmanship with modern food production standards.

While our recipes and production techniques remain deeply connected to traditional Turkish baklava culture, our facility is designed to support professional, hygienic, and high-capacity food production.

Each product is carefully prepared using selected ingredients and is checked before leaving our production facility.

Our production facility operates in accordance with the applicable food production regulations, legal procedures, hygiene requirements, and official production standards in Türkiye.

The required registrations, production procedures, and food-related legal requirements applicable to our operation are maintained as part of our regular production activities.

Food safety and consistent production standards are an essential part of our daily operation, whether an order is being prepared for one of our locations in Türkiye or for an international customer.

International Export Compliance

We prepare international orders in accordance with the applicable food export and shipping requirements for the destination country.

Depending on the destination and type of shipment, the necessary food and export documentation is prepared before dispatch.

Some export documents are issued specifically for individual shipments. For this reason, shipment-specific documentation may not be publicly displayed on our website.

U.S. Orders & FDA Prior Notice

For applicable food shipments to the United States, FDA Prior Notice procedures are completed where required before the shipment enters the United States.

Prior Notice is prepared for the individual shipment as part of the U.S. food import process.

Where applicable, the relevant Prior Notice and supporting shipment documentation accompany the export and shipping process.

Please note that completion of FDA Prior Notice should not be interpreted as FDA endorsement or approval of an individual product.
