Return & Refund Policy

At Turkish Baklava Queen, we take great pride in the quality and freshness of our handmade baklava. Please read our return policy carefully before placing your order.

Return Eligibility

You may return your order within 7 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

• The product packaging has not been opened
• The product has not been used or consumed
• The product is returned in its original condition

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we cannot accept returns in the following cases:

• The product packaging has been opened or tampered with
• The product has been consumed or partially consumed
• The product has been damaged after delivery
• More than 7 days have passed since delivery

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please inspect the package with the courier present before accepting delivery. If damage is found, request an official damage report from the courier and refuse the delivery.

Once a delivery is accepted, it is considered that the courier has fulfilled their delivery responsibilities. If you notice damage after opening, please contact us immediately with photos and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us with:

• Your order number
• Reason for return
• Photos of the product (if damaged)

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

• Bank transfer refunds: processed within 2 business days
• Credit card refunds: processed within 3 business days (your bank may take an additional 2–6 weeks to reflect the amount)

For installment purchases, refunds will be applied to your credit card as a positive balance each month by your bank.
